Curious about meditation? Longing for a greater connection to one’s self? Join this 5-week interactive online meditation course, and learn how to start paying regular visits to yourself. Every session includes: discussion of mindfulness principles and how you might apply them in daily life, a guided mindfulness meditation, and a voluntary Q&A period to support your evolving practice. Each week will build on the next. Designed with beginners in mind but will serve meditators of all levels.
Course Outline:
Week 1 - What is Mindfulness? / Mindfulness of Breath
Week 2 – Mindfulness of the Body / Noting bodily sensations
Week 3 - Working with sounds
Week 4 - Loving yourself and others
Week 5 - Mindfulness of thoughts and emotions

A registration form will be available to sign-up closer to the course start date. You’ll receive payment information 24-48hrs later. Receipt of payment confirms your spot in the course. (Those who register before Labor Day will have their spot saved, but won’t receive payment information until after September 7, 2020.)
