I take a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to wellness so that I can meet you where you are. No two bodies or minds are alike, so movement and mindfulness practice will look different on each individual. I incorporate yoga, Pilates, and meditation into my sessions and programs because they complement each other exquisitely and because I’ve seen the way they work together to create positive, lasting change in my own life. No matter the method, my goal is help you live with a little more ease, whatever that means to you.
