By viewing this website or anything made available on or through this website, including but not limited to yoga asana classes or workshops, Pilates classes or workshops, meditations, videos, virtual classes (live or on-demand), webinars, blog posts, e-newsletters, consultations, e-mails, social media and/or other communication (collectively referred to as “Website”), you are agreeing to accept all parts of this Disclaimer. Thus, if you do not agree to the Disclaimer below, STOP now, and do not access or use this Website.

Waiver of Liability for Clients:

1. I understand there is an inherent risk associated with any exercise program including my voluntary participation in anything on this Website that may result in injury. The exercises related to yoga or Pilates will challenge my cardio-respiratory and musculoskeletal systems associated with; the aerobic, anaerobic, strength, power, agility, flexibility and breathing components of the program. I understand and am aware that the components of exercise/yoga/Pilates are potentially hazardous activities and may cause injury.

2. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and/or have been given permission from my physician or mental health care provider to participate in a yoga or Pilates based exercise program or meditation program, or that I have decided to participate in an exercise program voluntarily and without the approval of my physician or mental health care provider and do hereby assume complete and total responsibility for my participation in any/all activities on this Website and/or associated with Soulful Elephant Yoga LLC.

3. I, my heirs, or legal representatives, do hereby forever waive and release Soulful Elephant LLC, its members, teachers, agents, and employees from any and all liability and responsibility from injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from my participation in any exercise/ yoga/Pilates activity, workshops, or use of any equipment.

4. I acknowledge that I have read this waiver of liability form. I fully understand its terms and conditions, and understand that I am waiving and giving up my right to sue Soulful Elephant Yoga LLC, its teachers, members, agents and employees. I acknowledge that I am participating of my own free will, voluntarily, and either through signature of this form or my payment for activities signify a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowable by law.
